Consigner Agreement

Payouts  

• As a valued consignor, you will receive 40% of the selling price for each item sold as a STORE CREDIT. 
• No cash or etransfers. In store credit only! 

Consignment Period 

• Items will be displayed for a period of 35 days. Any items remaining unsold after this period will be DONATED. 
• If you wish to reclaim any unsold items you can reclaim them BEFORE the end of the consignment period! Make sure you come in prior to 35 days. 
• Item Pricing 
• We reserve the right to price items at our discretion. Pricing will be based on the item's condition, brand, and current market demand. 
• Please let us know if you have certain items that you'd liked priced a certain amount.
• Prices may be adjusted based on market demand, inventory turnover, and promotional sales. Vie Boutique regularly holds sales and promotions during which consigned items may be sold at discounted prices. The consignor agrees to the promotional pricing.

Item Condition

• All clothing must be in new or like-new condition. 
• We kindly ask that your pieces come without any odors, pet hair, stains, or signs of excessive wear. 

Liability and Responsibility  

• Vie Boutique will handle all items with care; however, it is important to note that Vie Boutique is not liable for any loss or damage to items while they are in the Store's possession. 
• The Consignor agrees to hold the Store harmless in the event of theft, damage, or loss of items.
