Consigner Agreement

- 35 items or less per appointment. 

- All items must be clean and in excellent condition. This includes:

 - No stains, dirt, or odors.

 - No holes, tears, or significant wear.

 - Items should be free of pet hair and dust.

 - If items do not meet these standards, they will not be accepted for consignment.

 - Prices for consigned items will be set at the discretion of our staff based on market value and item condition.

 - Consigner will receive 40% of the sale price if the item sells.

Items will be on consignment for a period of 60 days.  

-We reserve the right to hold sales on consigned items at any time. 

-Additionally, clothing will be automatically discounted by 30% after 4 weeks, 50% after 6 weeks, and 80% after 8 weeks. 

-Any unsold items will subsequently be donated. If you wish to retrieve your items, please do so before the markdowns take effect, as you will need to remove them from the shelves prior to this process.

-At the end of this period, unsold items will be donated. 

- Consignors will receive the login info for their account and be able to see the inventory list of items submitted for consignment, along with their corresponding prices and status. 

- Payment requests for sold items can be made by filing out the payment request form. All payments are made via E-transfer.

Consigners may also use their credit in store for an additional 15% off their purchases. 

The Consignor acknowledges and agrees that Vie Thrift Boutique is not responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur with the items consigned to us. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages that may arise from handling, display, or storage of the consigned items. 

The Consignor further agrees that Vie Thrift Boutique is not liable for any errors or mistakes that may occur during the consignment process, including but not limited to mispricing, mislabeling, or incorrect tracking of inventory. 

By signing this Agreement, the Consignor accepts full responsibility and risk associated with consigning items to Vie Thrift Boutique. All consigned items are done so at the Consignor's own risk, and the Consignor waives any claims against Vie Thrift Boutique for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur.
